A deposit of $500 NZD per guide day secures a booking. All prices are in New Zealand dollars.

The deposit is fully refundable, less external transaction fees, up until 3 months before the booked dates. If you cancel between 1 and 3 months before, I will refund the deposit if I can fill the dates with other clients. Within 1 month of the trip the deposit is non refundable.

The easiest way to pay is a PayPal link that accepts any credit card. The invoice includes the 4% fee PayPal charges on the transaction. Bank transfer and cash are also fine. If you send a transfer, please make sure the full deposit arrives after any fees are deducted.

If I cancel the day because no suitable water can be found, your deposit for that day is refunded in full.
